Application Process:

1. Submit application form (business info, current revenue, goals, challenges, why you want to scale)

2. We review within 48 hours and decide if mutual fit exists

3. If approved: Payment link sent, deep-dive onboarding call scheduled within 72 hours

4. If denied: You can remain in Tier 1 (Eagle's 24/7 Infrastructure Management) OR we'll refer you to a better-suited service provider

Cancellation Policy:

• 6-month minimum commitment required (non-negotiable)

• Cancel anytime after Month 6 with 60-day written notice

• Early cancellation within first 6 months forfeits remaining commitment (no refunds or pro-rating)

• Month-to-month after initial 6-month term (still requires 60-day notice to cancel)

Client Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly strategy calls (must reschedule with 24-hour notice or forfeit that month's call)

• Provide monthly content collaboration (15-30 minutes of video footage or audio for AI replication)

• Review and approve monthly optimization recommendations within 7 business days to avoid delays

• Respond to strategic questions or requests within 48 hours during business hours

• Implement recommended changes or provide clear feedback on why changes won't work

• Maintain open communication about what's working and what's not (partnership requires honesty)
